Premade LentiFlash® particles

Vectalys provides its new lentiviral vector technology LentiFlash® in premade format with Vectalys' premium purification level dedicated to immortalized cells, primary cells, stem cells and in vivo experiments.

 

Premade LentiFlash® particles for gene editing and for testing 

LentiFlash® particles allow transient mRNA delivery without cytotoxicity. There is no integration into the host genome and a fast and short-term mRNA expression for both in vitro and in vivo applications. LentiFlash® particles are VSV-G pseudotyped and are capable of transducing both dividing and non-dividing cells.

Our ready to use products currently available are:

  • Fluorescent proteins or Luciferase to test the LentiFlash® technology
  • Cas9WT or Cre-recombinase to knock-out a gene of interest while expressing transiently the nucleases or recombinase
