Start: lentiviral vectors for immortalized cell lines

Benefits

Vectalys Start is dedicated to the transduction of immortalized cell lines. Vectalys Start allows for the transduction of permissive cell lines but also immortalized cell lines which are deemed to be very difficult to transfect.

Vectalys Premium is dedicated to the transduction of primary cells and stem cells for in vitro, in vivo or ex vivo experiments. Vectalys Premium’ high purity and titer eliminate the deleterious phenotypic changes that typically occur following transduction of target cells (such as loss of a sub-population, effects on proliferation, viability and differentiation of transduced cells).
