P53 signaling and cell-senescence pathway specific promoters
Vectalys provides lentiviral particles that make it possible to highlight cell-senescence pathway. Each particle express fluorescent or bioluminescent gene under CDKN1A(p21), CDKN2A(p16) or TP53RE(p53RE) promoters. By quantifying bioluminescence or fluorescence, one can label and reveal P53 signaling or cell-senescence pathway activation in vitro and in vivo in any cell types.

Cell-cycle phases specific promoters
Vectalys provides cell-cycle phases reporters. Those are lentiviral particles carrying firefly luciferase under the PCNA or the MKI67 promoters which are respectively deemed to be specific to cell proliferation or cell cycle phases. By quantifying the bioluminescence, one can monitor cell state or differentiation pathway activation in vitro and in vivo in any cell types.
