All lentiviral vectors generated by Vectalys are subject to Vectalys end-user limits.

  • Vectalys’ lentiviral vectors contain Lentikat technology owned by Life Technologies Corp. (Now Thermofisher). Thermofisher’s End-User limits apply to purchasers in Canada, Australia and Japan, until the end of 2018.
  • Vectalys’ lentiviral vectors contain a cPPT Element owned by Institut Pasteur (France). Institut Pasteur’s End-User limits apply to all purchasers of Vectalys’ integrative lentiviral vectors, whatever the purchaser’s localization.
  • Vectalys provides custom-products based on integrative lentiviral vectors containing Tetracycline controllable expression systems owned by TET Systems (Germany), only to Qualified Buyers having a license agreement with TET Systems, and to Academics.
  • Vectalys provides custom-products based on integrative lentiviral vectors containing Zsgreen and/or mCherry fluorescent proteins, owned by Clontech Laboratories Inc. Clontech’s End-User limits apply to all purchasers of Vectalys’ integrative lentiviral vectors containing these fluorescent proteins, whatever purchaser’s localization.
  • Vectalys provides integrative lentiviral vectors containing TurboGFP, AcGFP2, TurboRFP, mKate and tagBFP, owned by Evrogen JSC. Evrogen’s End-User limits apply to purchasers of Vectalys’ integrative lentiviral vectors containing these fluorescent proteins , based in the US, Europe and Russia.

Products based on LentiFlash® technology

LentiFlash technology is subject to Vectalys End-User Rights.

  • The End User Rights for LentiFlash® technology defines the rights of use for Products and Services provided by Vectalys to the Purchaser.
  • Vectalys provides custom-products based on integrative lentiviral vectors containing Zsgreen and/or mCherry fluorescent proteins, owned by Clontech Laboratories Inc. Clontech’s End-User limits apply to all purchasers of Vectalys’ integrative lentiviral vectors containing these fluorescent proteins, whatever purchaser’s localization.
  • Vectalys provides integrative lentiviral vectors containing TurboGFP, AcGFP2, TurboRFP, mKate and tagBFP, owned by Evrogen JSC (Russia). Evrogen’s End-User limits apply to purchasers of Vectalys’ integrative lentiviral vectors containing these fluorescent proteins, based in the US, Europe and Russia.
