Vectalys provides reporter lentiviral vectors carrying a fluorescent or a bioluminescent gene under a specific promoter. Thus allowing scientists to label and reveal specific cell conditions, specific cell types or differentiation stages, in vitro and in vivo as describe below. Note: There is no antibiotic resistance gene needed inside our lentiviral particles because the purity and the concentration process allow to transduce 100% of the targeted cells.

Tissue or cell-specific promoters

Lentiviral particles with fluorescent or bioluminescent protein under tissue or cell specific promoters allow to:

  • Label specific tissue or cell types in vivo (such as CNS, liver, pancreas...)
  • Label specific cell types in a tissue (such as neurons, astrocytes, germ lines cells...) for in vitro or in vivo applications
  • Try the specificity of a promoter of interest before your custom lentiviral vector project

P53 signaling and cell-senescence pathway specific promoters

Each particle express fluorescent or bioluminescent gene under CDKN1A(p21), CDKN2A(p16) or TP53RE(p53RE) promoters.
