The development of low-, medium- and large-scale production and purification methods for the generation of high-titer preclinical-grade vectors is critical for in vivo applications like the development of animal models and gene therapy. For such preclinical projects, progress made in vector design and production systems provide optimized production and large volume stocks that can be obtained with transient transfection and cell factories. Vectalys concentrate its efforts on the development of a scaleable process capable to purify small and large volumes of vector stocks both for lentiviral and adeno-associated derived vectors.
